The down side of women’s thongs is the comfort level. Women’s thongs can be very uncomfortable for some as they are permanently in place between your two cheeks and fit pretty snug. Women’s thongs also provide no support, so if you need a little bit of help in the rear, then your better bet would be the boy short or the women’s brief.

To summarize, the overall opinion of women's thongs is great for sex appeal as there is not much left for the imagination in these; not so good for comfort as you will have a permanent piece of fabric between your cheeks.
